The input shop includes seeds, fertilizers, Trichoderma enriched Bio manures, Pesticides & Agricultural foliar mixtures.

GS produces high quality enriched bio manures and bio compost which is widely accepted by the farmers of the area, which helps in reduction of chemical fertilizer usage thereby conserving the soil

We are running with 522 regular shareholder customers along with other more outside farmers are served and benefitted by our shop due to the low cost availability of products compared to outside market. We ultimately aims at availing benefits of Govt. Subsidy fertilizers and manures to the share--holders and farmers .

Animal Feeds

The feeds shop includes poultry feeds, goat and cattle feeds, Fish feeds, pet feeds and bird feed.

Farmers are availing high quality goods at lower price as compared to local market.

Among our 509 share holder above 240 are one or other way dairy, goat, poultry, or fish farmers . They are able to get their feeds at a subsidised rate from our feed shop hence regulating their cost of maintenance.

All variety of quality feeds are made available here in a subsidised price so as to meet up the needs of share holders and other farmers of the area.

Aggregation & Sales Point

Grama Samrudhi Farmer Producer Company Ltd. started its Aggregation and sales point of Agriculture commodities at Amaravila, Chenkal Panchayat in the name of Grama Samrudhi Karshaka Vipani. Farmers of parassala block undertake individual sale of their produce such as Banana, Tapioca & Vegetables. Over 96 of Shareholders are selling their produce in a regular basis resulting 0.5 tonnes of procurement and sales of produce per day. More than 500 Banana retailers are also benefitted because they are able to purchase produce at a lower price compared to other market

Speciality of our sales point is we are paying to the farmers for the produce on same day of collection as compared with normal local markets where they take an average of two to three weeks for farmer's payment.

Nursery

Grama Samrudhi Nursery at Amaravila, Chenkal Panchayat. Grama Samrudhi Nursery mainly focused on selling hybrid Vegetable saplings, High yielding Fruit plants , Ornamentals and Flowering Plants, planting material of Tubers based on the needs of farmers in a pre-ordered basis.

We are also proving high yielding farmers favourite Kuttiyadi coconut seedling as per their needs suggestion which is high yielding and high oil content variety. Till now around 20000 people are regular customers in and around the district.

Agro Drone

Grama Samrudhi FPCL Purchased an agricultural drone under SMAM Scheme with 75% subsidy sanctioned by Assistant Executive Engineer, Department of agricultural engineering. The use of drone can assist Farmers in precision agriculture by performing variety of agricultural tasks including fertilizer application, crop stress management, irrigation schedule planning, weed management, and crop yield management. Grama Samrudhi FPCL, is the only organisation of Thiruvananthapuram district owns agriculture drone which is utilized by farmers on hiring basis.

Also, as a part of the VISKHIT BHARATH SANKALP YATHRA - PM PRANAM Scheme, our drone is used for demonstration which is coordinated by FACT-Trivandrum and KVK, Mithraniketen, Vellanad for a duration of 60 days.

Major spaying work is given to the agricultural paddy lands of Trivandrum district under the supervision of Agriculture Department, Govt. of Kerala

Mushroom Unit

Oyster Mushroom unit Raised by Russel Raj handholding with Grama Samrudhi consisting 2000 bed holding capacity funded by Subsidy loan under AIF and SHM inaugurated by Asst. Directors of Agriculture Mr. M.S Suresh and CISSA General Sec. Dr. Suresh Kumar.

Grama Samrudhi Naattu Peedika

Grama Samrudhi Nattu Peedika is an initiative started in 5 wards favouring around 400 share- holders that aims to provide local farmers with marketable locations to sell their produces. This project is designed to support rural farmers by offering them a platform to bring showcase and sell their agriculture and value added products. We also aggregate and sale their produces which is unable to sell by their own, thereby promising a market with assured better income to farmers and enhancing their livelihoods.

The Share-holder who maintain the Nattu Peedika will aslo gain an income of Rs. 12,000.

Poultry Unit

The Grama Samrudhi Mutta Grama Project has the potential to transform the lives of rural farmers, enhancing their income and livelihoods through sustainable poultry farming practices. We collect the eggs those are left unsold by the farmers and sell it through GS Sales outlet.

We are Procuring 7,000 eggs per month Generating an of additional income: ₹3,000 per farmer per day as on comparison with local market thereby Creation of sustainable livelihoods for rural farmers and improved poultry farming practices through training and support

Vermi Compost Unit

Grama samrudhi along with share holder is producing an enriched vermicompost to maximise utilisation of farm and house hold waste , hence using it as a organic manure , by this around 300 farmers are availing beniifit by the low cost and easy avaliabilityof vermicompost

Cattle Farm

Grama Samrudhi's dairy farming initiative with 50 cows aims to enhance farmers' livelihoods through sustainable dairy practices.

Tapioca pappad producing FIG was given a training for quality assurance to make up market into an national level hence increase their market demand. More than 5 family are are benefitted in one or other way either by employment or marketing.

Fishery Unit (Cage Culture)

Grama Samrudhi's Fishery Unit (Cage Culture) - 3 Cages at Poovar, managed by Executive Committee Member Ms. Renjini, focuses on sustainable fish farming practices. The unit cultivates Karimeen (Pearl Spot) and other river fish species. Key features include:

Uma Red Rice (Kuthari)

Grama Samrudhi Farmer Producer Company, in association with the Parassala Krishi Bhavan, has launched a new initiative to support traditional paddy farmers. They have procured paddy from farmer Sri. Ebenaseer and produced high-quality, unadulterated rice called "Uma Kuthari."
