Grama Samrudhi FPC

Grama Samrudhi Farmer Producer Company Limited (FPCL) is a farmer-centric organization dedicated to enhancing the livelihoods of rural farming communities. With 547 dedicated shareholder farmers, the company strives to promote sustainable agriculture, improve farmer income, and provide support to its members.

Farmer Income Generation: Grama Samrudhi FPCL aims to increase farmer income through improved agricultural practices, better market access, and value-added products.

Supporting Authority: The company serves as a supporting authority for its shareholder farmers, providing them with technical guidance, training, and resources to enhance their agricultural productivity and profitability.

CHAIRMAN

RAMACHANDRAN NAIR. S

Since his education period, he has been actively involved in agricultural development. He served in the cooperative sector for 26 years, from 1998 to August 2024, as a director and president of the Neyyattinkara Service Cooperative Bank. He has been engaged in charity work aimed at the upliftment of underprivileged children and women. For many years, he has led various village development initiatives.

In 2011, for his service activities in forest regions, he received a cash award and a certificate of appreciation from former Indian cricket team captain Rahul Dravid at an event organized by the Bangalore-based Vivekananda Charitable Society. Since August 2021, he has been serving as the Chairman of the Grama Samrudhi Farmer Producer Company, leading multiple initiatives in the agricultural sector and in the production of value-added products.
